"WARNINGI!! Explorer's 12.75-Inch High Pressure Petroleum Products Pipeline. Contact Richard Allen at (903) 52%3151 at least 48 Hours Prior to Any Construction Near Pipeline." Please incorporate location of Explorers pipeline into your proposed plans.
