Tim, Verizon sent a vendor out earlier to make repairs, the repair may not
have stuck. Richard will get the Klaasmeyer people out there to make the
repair.

Good afternoon,
Our tenant said that she saw someone come out and repair the irrigation at
a hole on the above property. But she says that water is running out of the
hole into the street. I am sending a maintenance technician out there to
turn off the irrigation water manually. Can you let Duke know when this
repair is scheduled for completion? I need to make sure that the water is
not off very long or we will loose landscaping. I have included the
property manager, Bryan Parker, in the email. Please inform him of when
this repair will be completed. Thanks.

I included you on the previous email, because I did not have an email
address for Randy at Tiseo. I need to get in touch with Verizon. Do you have
a good contact for the work that they are doing along Freeport? They have
damaged irrigation while laying the cables and I want to find out how they
want to resolve that issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
