Robert,
When we worked out this change order we established a unit price and an approximate contract quantity. The idea was
that the contractor would then work with Rick on the exact limits in the field during construction. I do not see this as an
additional 60 square feet of wall. I see this as adjusting the limits of the wall in the field. We do not expect to exceed the
quantity established in the change order.
We are available to meet out there to discuss this as needed.

Rick O'Dell has added 60 face feet of wall at the N.E. corner of Bethel
and Freeport. Is this correct?
