I spoke with Bill Barsota on Friday about the electricity for the
Irrigation Controllers at Bethel Road. Bill told me that setting the
electrical pedestals and running the electrical wire for the power was
taken out of Tiseo's scope of work at the beginning of the job. He said
there was no pay item for power to the irrigation controllers, only
conduit under the pavement which has been installed.
We are currently sending someone by periodically to manually turn on
the valves and water the landscape material. My question is who is
responsible for the power to the controllers and when could we expect
permanent power so the systems can be walked and signed off from the
City of Coppell.
