Robert,
Attached please find the submittal that was sent in for the referenced project back in October 2006. The
cover letter breaks down the pedestrian components of the project. I apologize for the confusion that we
caused by putting the total project cost down on the application form.
We would appreciate it if you can adjust the fees to reflect the portion of the project subject to review by
the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration as detailed in the cover letter. We also need to
report that the project completion date has changed. We anticipate completion on 05/01/2009. As such
we wish to schedule the followup inspection.
