? Sent files to C&P Engineering. Need to coordinate storm drain systems.
? Delineated drainage areas of vacant field west of project limits based on contours and
as-builts.
? Contacted DART and Fort Worth Western Rail Road regarding grade crossing. Currently
working on construction timeline affect to improve crossing.

? City to provide schematic plans for development west of project limits when available.

Additional Information:
? We need to determine construction timeline of C&P’s Engineering development and
Coppell Road. Current storm drain system outfalls to future system of C&P Engineering. If
