I have reviewed Caleb's comments, and here are my concerns with these 2
locations.
* On the pole just north of Burns St., it is indeed rather close
to a fire hydrant, but this pole also has the service that goes under S.
Coppell Rd. to the City's service facility. If there is any way
possible, this pole needs to remain in place to avoid having to redo the
service to the City building. (It is an existing pole that I am not
planning on moving.)
* On the pole just north of the RR tracks, I can move this pole
to avoid the conflict, but when that happens, since it holds up the wire
that is crossing the RR tracks, I will have to permit the pole with the
RR company and that will drastically slow down the estimated
construction start date. Some of the RR permits take as long as 6 months
to obtain, although I'm not sure which company this particular crossing
is affecting.

in place or be relocated. If you would forward these to Freese & Nichols
and let them plot them onto their plans to make sure that the locations
listed are clear, I will proceed with the design and relocation of the
poles for your road construction.
