Couple of questions about the Coppell Road South project.
1. Will the bid # Q-1105-01?

2. Do you know when this will open for bid? I’ve put the date as May 8, 2009.
3. In the estimate, do you want me to add the railroad reconstruction costs?
4. We had talked about using 2” PVC conduit for the communication cable, however, DART requires a minimum
of 4” PVC Conduit under 6.4 in their design criteria. Unless there are objections, I’ll show 4” on the plans.
5. Water Service – Item #116
a. Your notes say “new boxes, setters, meters”. I have in my notes “new copper”. Instead of “Relocate
Existing”, do you want me to put “Remove and Install”? Let’s discuss.
