Keith, I just went through the bid documents for Coppell Rd. There are some additional changes that
need to be made. I am attaching our standard indemnification that needs to be included and then I will get
you our insurance requirements. Also, the bid # is incorrect on the bonds. I didn't see any language on
retainage, did you?
