RE: Availability of City Utilities
Coppell Office Village Addition
Dear Mr. Holmes:
This letter is in response to a request I received from you concerning the availability of utilities to the
referenced property. To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows:
WATER:
There is currently a 12" water line in the south right-of--way of SH 121 and an 8" water line on the east
property line of Jack in The Box. The 8" water line is private and we have received permission from
Jack in the Box to allow the tie-in.
SANITARY SEWER:
There is currently an 8" sanitary sewer line that is located on the south property line of Jack in the Box
and stops at the west property line of the Coppell Office Village.
STORM DRAINAGE:
There is an existing 10'x10' RCB that runs along the west property line of the CISD property. There is
also a private 24" RCP on the northwest property line of CISD, we have received permission from
CISD to allow the tie-in.
As always, in the development of the property you should determine if the existing utilities available to
this site are adequate to serve your proposed development. If you have any questions or comments you
