During our evaluation of the submitted Bid Schedules, it came to our attention that Item# 122 was calculated
incorrectly and Item #156 was missing from JRJ Paving L.P.’s submitted Bid Schedule. In this email, I’ve included
our recalculated Bid Tabs with the corrected totals for JRJ Paving, L.P. for the aforementioned items. Can you
please confirm that these our correct and JRJ Paving, L.P. agrees with the recalculated Bid Tabs?
I’ll need a response to this email today and a letter sent to the City confirming these corrected numbers by
Friday. Address the letter to the following:
