I've attached a one page report for Coppell Road. Couple of quick comments/questions about next
week's PreCon meeting:
1. Are you planning on running the meeting, or would you like for me to put together an agenda and do
that?
2. I'll be bringing 6 full and 6 half size "Issued For Construction" sets.
3. I've invited Frances Wilson, a representative from DART, to be at the PreCon meeting.
4. I've run some numbers on the pipe outfall modifications. I've put a summary table in the One Page
Report.
5. I've modified the Railroad footer detail and will update the plan sheet detail. I'll have the updated
sheet inserted into the sets for Tuesday.
6. The contractor should know from the original bid set, but any work within 25' of the track will require
a qualified railroad flagger. The surface and signal construction contractors will have their own, however,
the city's contractor will need one as well. FWWR said they can provide a qualified flagger at $80/hr for
an 8 hr minimum day.
7. I've attached the proposed light pole. Please verify this is correct.
