I don't have a problem with the proposed. I don't know what they are using elsewhere but High Pressure
(HPS) Sodium lamps burn yellow (typically used). Metal Halide (MH)burns more white. I would
recommend making sure deflectors/shields are used in the fixture to prevent the lights from being too
bright in drivers eyes.

Ok. You will be getting the 100watt HPS Finial band Luminaire on the
12' European Pole operated at 120 volts. I will prepare the estimate
nad get a cost back to you as soon as possible. I will leave for
vacation tomorrow and will be out for a week. It may be 2 to 3 weeks
before I get the cost back to you.

We can either install Metal Halide or High pressure Sodium. The Metal
Halide is bright white and the HPS is Yellow. All the Median Lights in
Coppell are HPS, Im not sure what we have on the Residential Streets.

Halide.
