The transfers are included in the quantities for these areas not shown. We typically don't create sheets for
service transfers, because of the reasons you mentioned; lack of as-builts, unknown services, etc. Sheet
16 was created for the new water line. Sheet 15 was created because of a new service and because it is
the most populated area of the project. On the Plan and Profile sheets, we have a note telling the
contractor they shall connect all existing services to the 16" line. Do you need me to provide more
information in these areas?

The water adjustments are shown on sheets 15 and 16. There is about 1000 feet of the project that are
not shown on these 2 sheets, and it appears there are at least 3 water connections within that area. Two
of these connections are for the business located on the SW corner of Burns and Coppell. We have no
plans for this development, and it is very likely that the water service is connected to the 8" that is to be
abandoned. The other connection(s) are for our service center, and should be connected to the 16". Are
these services included in the quantity for transfer? Is there a reason why we left this area off the water
sheets?

Halide.
