Attached are the License Agreement and the Standard Construction Agreement and Contractor's Right of Entry,
both in Word format. Please review and let me know of any corrections or edits that the City of Coppell
proposes. In the first paragraph, is the City still a Texas municipal corporation? If you determine who might
sign the agreement, that too, can be edited.
