FWWR can't make it over there due to other obligations - if DART and the City can come to Hodge Yard
at 2495 E. Long Avenue, Fort Worth, we can call RSI from our conference room. Just let me know so I

I'm not sure what you mean by a conference call bridge. My understanding was that Dart and FWWR
would meet here at Coppell Town Center, and that we would call into RSI. Is that the plan?

We can meet here in Coppell if you like. That should be half way fr each of you. We can then call the RSI
folks on the speaker phone.
The City of Coppell would like to resolve this as quickly as possible, as we are proceeding with the rest of
the construction at this time.

I have not had an opportunity to discuss it with RSI leadership yet; should be able to discuss it this week
as I’m scheduling a regular call.
They’re based in Tulsa; I do not know if they will be able to meet on site.

The City of Coppell has expressed some concern over the cost estimate of new signalization that will
accompany the widening and reconstruction of Coppell Road. Could we all meet, including FWWR's
signal contractor, to discuss any possibilities of lowering the costs to come closer to the City's budget?
