We're sending out a 1,500 piece mailing to the stakeholders that contains this info, and we will need this meeting
announcement published in the newspaper. This will also be our CLIPS article.
Text should read something like this:
PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING THE COPPELL ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT -
The City of Coppell Engineering Department is hosting a public meeting at Wilson Elementary on the evening of
Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 7:00 p.m., in an effort to provide as much information as possible to those who will be
impacted by this construction project. Detailed plans will be available for review at the meeting, and city staff will
be available to discuss the project at the meeting.
If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to see the plans or discuss the project, please feel free to
call Keith Marvin, P.E., Project Engineer at 972-304-3681.
