With regards to the paper, ask Juanita if there is a specific way to submit the text and to whom. That way you
get the proper rate.
I'll do Clips, etc. I'll need the letter to help with that, maybe. The school district is calling me to ask how I am
going to publicize. I will send my info to them so they can use.

I should contact the newspaper to publish the announcement, correct? We do have $ budgeted, I think. I will
send you a copy of the letter and exhibit being mailed so you know what it will say. If you will put that on CLIPS
next time, I will post it on the Construction Projects page of website. Thanks!
