Problem Summary: Wilson Elementary School - Summer School
Problem Details: Summer school for elementary children is taking place at
Wilson Elementary School on Coppell Rd. When parents are waiting to pick up
their children, there is no access to Coppell Rd since the auto line to
pick up children has Coppell Rd blocked. It is of concern to me, that in
the event of an emergency, emergency vehicles would not be able to access
Coppell Rd during the time of pick up - 1030-1115. We were in line at 1040
and by 1045 the line had Coppell Rd completely blocked. Please look into
this. Maybe summer school should be moved to another school since
construction is taking place on Coppell Rd. The residents that depend on
Coppell Rd cannot timely access their homes during this time. Thank you for
reviewing this situation.
