The top two people we have been dealing with are: Steve Olinsky Manager/Engineering and Danny
Fortune Manager/ Construction. The splicing of the cables will take 500 man hours to complete. I
guess it could just take an hour if they assign 500 people or 12.5 weeks if they assign one person.
