Keith, I have attached the information on the 5 Contractors that
PacTrust has invited to bid. They do not want an unsolicited bid for
the entire project but the Contractor may contact each contractor
invited to investigate the opportunity for teaming as a subcontractor.

There is a bridge contractor that gave us some assistance when we were
considering our options for keeping the bridge open during construction.
He has asked if he could have an opportunity to give us a bid to
construct the bridge portion of this project. I have told them that we
are not running the bidding process.
Do you have a list of bidders that you are working with that may be
interested in receiving a bid for this portion of the project?
