Of course when we get an actual survey, and get into the design we may run into something we didn't anticipate. If they are drilling in our right of way they will need to come get a permit from us and make the appropriate contacts prior to commencing. We will waive the permit fee since it is our project, but they will still need the permit. We have the 2001 NCTCOG topo available. John Wilmarth can get that to you for our project. You will need to sign a release of some sort. When do you anticipate that we will see a draft of your proposal? Keith Marvin, P.E. Project Engineer (972) 304-3681 >>> "Roberts, Ken" <kar@Huitt-Zollars.com> 8/31/2007 9:25 AM >>> Keith, In talking to a geotech firm for Southwestern some questions have come up. 1. Are we going to acquire any right-of-way? 2. Does the geotech contact the City for utility coordination before drilling? 3. What is the existing topo at the project? Do you have City topo maps of the area that we can get by email or pick up a copy at the City? Let me know. Thanks, Kenneth Roberts, PE Huitt-Zollars, Inc.
