Update:
There are some legal limitations which PREVENT the City from moving the road
south. An improvement of an existing roadway must be fair to all property owners on
both sides of the roadway. Therefore, it appears moving the roadway to the south is
not an alternative.
At present, it seems the only variable in this project that can alter the impact of the
development is to ensure the use of the land is complimentary to the existing
neighborhood on the north side of the street.
