Attached is the Economic Development Incentive Agreement with Duke Realty Limited Partnership.
All agreements are specific to the development, but this should give you an idea of what the basics are
for the Agreement. I've also attached Section 380 of the Texas Local Government Code which allows
these types of agreements. So for I've had no luck on determining how the right of way for the road by
Dairy Queen was obtained, but I'm still working on it.
