We sent letters to Atmos, Verizon, Oncor, and Time Warner. Our contact
with Oncor is Richard Brewster, and Time Warner is Mike Rasmusen. The
others are the same.
These are the contacts we have for city projects. I guess the folks you
have been working with are on the private development side?

We have also been talking with Charles Braggs at Oncor, Olen Steele
(unsuccessfully) with Verizon and David Cheney with Time Warner (last
