ST0701-CS080730(8/2612009) Keith Marvin - From: "Ben Chessar" <BenC@PacTrust.com> To: "Ken Griffin" <KGRIFFIN@ci.coppell.tx.us>, <dlittleton@halff.com>, <kmar Date: 7/30/2008 2:16 PM Gentlemen, We are set to meet at the Coppell Engineering Office at 10 am on Thursday August 7th. As I anticipate the Purchase document to be completed by then, I think it is fair to say that the attorney's can stay at home. I would like to discuss the following items at our meeting, however, please feel free to add additional items to this list between now and next Thursday: 1. Brief overview of the full set of plans (currently 95% complete I believe). 2. Discuss logistics of the Project (school traffic, road closures, timing, neighborhood notices and politics, material and equipment staging, etc.). 3. Discuss/decide whether we want to dictate timing and order of construction to the bidders (i.e. -does the bridge or road get built first?). Or are we be better off letting the bidders propose their ideas. I will assume that a lot of this will be dictated and/or affected by the Bethel Rd. Project. 4.Our game plan and implementation of said plan as it pertains to getting the franchise utilities completed. As this Project is coming to a head, I want to take this opportunity to get everyone on the same page. With multiple moving parts and parties involved, we feel that it is imperative to be collaborative up front so thatwe all share the same vision of howweare going to accomplish our ultimate goal. We accomplished a lot the last time we got together, I look forward to doing the same. Regards, Page 1 Benjamin Chessar
