I'm afraid I have not been successful in identifying the culprit for the
damage to your waterline. I thinkwe will need to adjust the bill.
We look forward to reviewing the proposed contract for Southwestern
Blvd. I would suggest the following contractors for soliciting bids:
Austin Road & Bridge
Mario Sinacola
Lacy Construction
Rodman
Jackson Construction
I think using a contractor capable of self performing the majority of
the workwould reduce the time involved in completing the project.
I am attaching the language we have used for road closures in the past
for you to review.

I just spoke with Priscilla regarding our domestic water "problem" and I

wanted to thank you for stepping up and assisting PacTrust with this
matter. It was a frustrating situation so we appreciate your attention.
As the Purchase Agreement appears to be completed and we await Halff's
final work on the Plans for the City Portion of the Project, PacTrust is
shifting our focus to the construction contracts. While we await the
council meeting on the 26th, I intend to provide you and Ken with a
draft of said contracts for your review and comment. We would
appreciate any input you might have from past experiences on projects
like this. Specifically, we would look to you and Ken to help us with
your language regarding incentive/penalty program for the bridge portion
of the Project.
Additionally, please note the short list of contractors that we are
currently considering for the project. Let us know whom else you might
like to see on this list.
