Oncor and Verizon have worked out an arrangement to move forward with
the poles setting, and completing all of our utility work on
Southwestern Blvd. Oncor plan to start setting poles by the end of this
week or not later than the first of next week.

Keith,
I saw where Charles had let you know aboutthe agreementthatwe have done in getting Oncorto set the power
poles along Southwestern. This was the same that I had called you about after our utility meeting last month, to
let you know that Charles and I had re-affirmed the agreement to set the poles with Verizon paying the costs
associated with the tree trimming, and they would set the poles and bill us through our joint use agreement with
Verizon and Oncor.
This leads me up to the point that I need to let you know:
I need to inform you of the changes that are taking place within our region of the metroplex. I am now the
supervisor over the Eastern Texas area, and will no longer be able to be the contact for the city of Coppell for
utility work coordination. During this interim and transition period you can contact Mike Brown, as he will be
overseeing projects until a replacement is named. Mike can be contacted at his office number of 972-578-
3354. Mike should be able to keep you abreast of when Verizon will be able to commence work along
Southwestern as soon as material and dollars are released for this work.
