We are 100% sure that the portion of the road purchased by the city would be exempt from sales tax for that tangible
personal property that becomes a permanent part of the improvements.
Our attorney is not as sure on the other portion. His opinion was that it would probably be covered.

I question the response to one of Austin's questions concerning the tax
status of this project. Isn't this road going to be dedicated to the
City of Coppell for future maintenance? If that is the case, is should
be non-taxable.
