Lacy Special Conditions
1. This proposal excludes the following items:
Any inspection or impact fees
Sales Tax on incorporated materials
Testing
2. This proposal is based on the following items:
- Owner providing anon-site location with an acceptable source of water for our portable concrete batch
plant. Our prices are contingent on Lacy paving all work quoted with this plant. Contractor price to
include cost for all permitting required for the plant and water uselservice connection fees associated
with the batch plant.
13. All excess excavation and utility spoils to be wasted on property of Park West Commerce Center, LP.
