Our engineer is preparing to have a geotechnical firm do some work on
Deforest Road. They intend to be out there next Thursday and Friday.
Please feel free to share this information with those with whom you have
been discussing the project. I will endeavor to keep you posted as the
project progresses.

Alpha Testing is meeting with Danny Hightower tomorrow to show him the
boring locations and asked about city services. Alpha plans on getting
all of the permit stuff to you this week. Therefore the attached memo
and boring pdf is for your use to notify the HOA. Alpha plans on boring
on the 27th and 28th of December.
Let me know if you need anything else or we need to change anything.
