Good Morning Keith,
Just checking in. We have the Drainage area drawn up. We have also tried to draw in the existing Storm Sewer
profile at the east end. (it is a little “iffy” because the elevations from the record drawings and our survey do not
line up as close as we would have hoped).
When we left our meeting the other day, it was my understanding that you and Ken where going to take a closer
look at the Windsor Estates and Deforest Court plans at the drainage and possible reasoning for the Hydraulic
Grade difference. It was also my understanding that you guys were going to look at the “sketched-in” alignment
and cross section that we left there.
I was just checking to see what you wanted to do for the next meeting and when you would like to have the next
meeting. We can come over there with our laptop and projector. I figured that it would be easier on you guys if
we did it there.

Please make sure you include DiWanna on all of your requests and
correspondence. She will be transitioning into the Project Manager role
on this project.
I will get with her and discuss the drainage and the alignment. Have
