Keith,
I think that will cover it. There seems like there should also be
re-computations for the detention pond after Deforest Court was
designed since the flows and time of concentrations changed. I would
think that that would change the discharge rates at the different events
in the pond.
I would also like to know why so much more area was picked up to the
west of Deforest Court.

No problem. Was there anything I missed on our request to Halff?

Hey Keith,
Sorry that I was not here to receive you phone call yesterday afternoon.
I had to leave early to attend my daughter's soccer game.

Dennis and Walter,
I know this is reaching back a few years, but we need a little help.
The City of Coppell has hired Quinn Spann with GSWW to design some
improvements to Deforest Road. We will be rebuilding the portion from
MacArthur Blvd to the concrete portion constructed with Windsor Estates.
We hope to preserve as much of the drainage system within Deforest as
possible. We have some specific questions that we are looking for
answers to that I am unable to find in city records. We would like
either meet with you to talk through these, or see if you can provide
any insight on the following:
1. Can you provide us with copies of your computations for the design
of the detention pond in Windsor estates?
2. There is a change in the HGL elevation at the downstream end of the
pipe at the referenced pond between the Windsor Estates plans and the
Deforest Court plans. Was there something that happened that caused
this(LOMR, flap gate, etc...)?
3. The Villages of Coppell DA Map shows two DA's that discharge to the
Deforest Road ROW within the limits of the drainage system built with
Deforest Court. This water is not reflected in the Deforest Court
plans.
Any insight you can provide in these areas would be helpful.
Thank you.
