We are willing to accept the radius of 135 ft., pertaining to the entrance of Arbor Manors on West Braewood Dr. We will
need for the intersection of West Braewood Dr, and Peachtree Dr, to be a 3-way stop.
Also, I was told of previous conversations with you regarding having "no parking" on the north side of West Braewood Dr.
before the intersection of West Braewood Dr, and Peachtree Dr., which we will need to have, also.
