Matt,
No, you will not have to pay the fee if using custom poles and we are not installing them.
In order to have custom street signs, the City must approve them.
We will need a visual of what is proposed, a proposal that gives responsibility to the HOA regarding the maintenance and
ordering of any additional poles and, if necessary, ordering extra poles initially.
