Sounds good.
We have now incorporated a sign out sheet for plans, permits, etc, that will keep track of items picked up and the person
who picks them up so that there are no "missing" items if they for any reason they are no put in the filing system. A
similar scenario happened to plans that were picked up by an individual in a company and no one was aware in the
company who picked the plans up.. so they were calling us to help them figure that out.

The contractor, Meridian Commercial, should be making contact with you or having Oncor resubmit.
