The permits are listed on the website... http:l/www.ci.coppell.tx.usl,
then go to Engineering (on the left side of webpage), then Engineering
Permits... from there you will see the construction/early grading etc.
Also under the Construction link, go to the pre-construction packet link
for additional information you will need.
