review letter.

Diwanna,
if i understand this email correctly, the plans were approved as previously
submitted.
after i pick up the plans from your office, i will briefly scan through them
and make sure i don't see anything 'cosmetic' and then i can begin to print
all of the necessary final sets for the city, the owner and for the
contractors.
while i am waiting for the geotechnical engineer to call me back, do you
have a final review letter that you could scan in and email orsimplyfax to
me~?
yours truly,
micha p. fluffy, pe

Hello Tommy and Micha,
The plans are ready for pickup. They are in our office, at the front desk,
with Carol.
Overall status:
1) The Development fees have not been paid.
2) If you plan on irrigating the property, let me know so that I can send
out an updated fee assessment.
3) You will receive a street sign assessment letter.
4) In order to receive a street light assessment, a plan sheet will need to
be submitted to the utility company, then we will send out the street light
assessment fee letter.
Additionally,
As long as the pavers are structurally sound and support our fire trucks,
they are fine.
If you are contemplating changing or removing the fire lane sign; it will
need to be approved if it veers from ourCity Ordinance.
Tim's(Fire Marshall) response to the sign: As long as they comply with our
ordinance:
Signs--Shall read "NO PARKING FIRE LANE" or "FIRE LANE NO PARKING" and shall
be 12" wide and 18" high. Signs shall be painted on a white background with
letters and borders in red, using not less than 2" lettering. Signs shall be
permanently affixed to a stationary post and the bottom of the sign shall be
six feet, six inches (6'6") above finished grade. Signs shall be spaced not
more than fifty feet (50') apart. Signs may be installed on permanent
buildings orwalls if approved by the Fire Marshal.
