I have reviewed the 'pave stones' that are proposed for the fire lane at Bellacere (300 blk W Sandy Lake). These pave
stones are an acceptable variance, however if the Coppell Police or Fire Departments have any issues with vehicles parking
in this platted fire lane in the future, and those individuals complain that the fire lane is not adequately marked, the curbs
will be painted in accordance with our Ordinance.
The markings shall comply with the following:
NO PARKING FIRE LANE or FIRE LANE NO PARKING every fifteen (15) feet on both sides of the fire lane.
