I will be sending full size hard copies along with the mark ups by tomorrow morning (if not earlier). The only thing I did not address was adding an inlet to the end of our paving and connect to the storm line on the adjacent tract to the east. I spoke with Keith on this issue a little while back and he commented that if my client wrote a letter (something along the lines of) stating that they understand the concern if the adjacent property owner doesn't maintain their screening fence with the openings at the bottom for surface drainage or something changes that obstructs surface drainage, that my client is aware of any ramifications (we can get more specific in the letter).
