We are herein submitting to your office for review two (2) sets of DRAINAGE AND UTILTY PLANS for the project referenced above. Please review this set of plans so that we may proceed with construction. We look forward to working with the city to ensure that the development meets all applicable subdivision requirements. Plat 1. The corrected plat has been inserted into the set. General Notes -Sheet C2.0 2. Note No. 6 has been modified to be applicable to the City of Coppell. Paving Plan -Sheet C3.0 3. The conflicting notes and details have been revised. A letter requesting a variance to the standard paving section is being submitted with these plans. 4. The City of Coppell Ordinance has been referenced regarding signage for the fire lane. Storm Drain Plan and Profile -Sheet C2.2 5. The water crossing has been shown near the junction box. 6. The hydraulic grade line and computations have been shown. Utility Plan and Profile -Sheet C4.1 7. The water crossing has been shown near the junction box. Other corrections or revisions that were not noted in the comments from the city: Drainage Area Mag -Sheet C1.0 1. Additional drainage areas were shown to compute the HGL on the storm drain profile sheet. Storm Drain Plan and Profile -Sheet C2.2 2. The existing water main crossing is now correctly shown with minimum 42-inches of cover and should not interfere with the storm drain. Pavinc Plan -Sheet C3.0 3. Several notes were added or modified to resolve any conflicts and the adequately describe the paving section and the fire lane pavers.
