I believe that was an inspector's comment. We require a 2-way cleanout at the property line but I will get back to you
regarding the cleanout at the home itself. The cleanout at the home should probably be shown on the MEP plans.

Diwanna,
there is a note on the Utility Plan that i don't agree with. At least, i
don't think it should be a part of the Civil plans.
there is a comment that says SSCO TYPx4.
shouldn't this be part of the plumbing plans for each individual houseN? i
have no idea where the double cleanout should be before i see a floor plan.
i never like to ignore comments so i will write a note on the marked up
Utility Plan next to the comment that states REF. PLUMBING PLAN FOR REQ'D
DBL SSCO.
