others have not reviewed the plans yet.

This is what I have put together in past projects with other clients for
contract amendments. If you have another format you would like for me
to use then just let me know. Also, I'm not sure who would sign the
contract amendment at the City. Sometimes it is the City Engineer,
Sometime the DPW and sometimes the City manager. Let me know and I can
make the mods then get our VP to sign. Thanks. Please give me a call
about the bid date below. I don't think that bid date is close to being
approachable. To set a bid date in November the plans would have to be
finished by the end of September. The sub for the signal probably
couldn't even come close to having design complete by mid November and
we also need to give the City ample time for review. Also, I need to
receive comments for the 35% plans if you have them. If there are no
comments I will commence getting 65% plans out to you as soon as I can.
65% will not have the signal in them because of the time constraint.

This Amendment No. 1 is for additional design survey and engineering services for project scope
modifications to the above referenced project. The additional scope for this project includes the design of
a traffic signal at the intersection of MacArthur and Deforest.

Survey for Design $1,255.00
Basic Engineering Services: $13,345.00
