Greetings All,
At this time you may submit three (3) full size sets of drawings (include any
plan sets needed for the field so we can stamp those also),the check for the
portion of the impact fees indicated in the letter submitted to you, and the
construction inspection contract and fee worksheet (20, 40) along with the check
to the Engineering Department.
You are responsible for calculating the construction inspection fees, not the
City. Do not forget to submit the contract along with the worksheet. You can
find it on the City's website, in the City's Engineering Office, and/or
a copy has been e-mailed to Micha.
The fees must be collected before the inspector will schedule a preconstruction
meeting.

Hello Ms. DiWanna,
We would like to call for a pre-construction meeting this coming Thursday or
as soon as you can set it anytime after Thursday. We will be forwarding you our
construction bids/proposals in order for the City to calculate the inspection
fees. Should have them to you by tomorrow. Can we bring the inspection fee check
with us to the pre-construction meeting or do you need before hand? Are there
any other fees due at this time?

The last sheet of the fee assessment letter and spreadsheets contains the breakdown of the roadway impact fee. It entails
the number of lots, development units, vehicles per developments units, etc.

Also, if I didn't say, the roadway impact fee doesn't have anything to do with a public or private street. It is calculated to
assess the impact that the development will have on all streets of Coppell.
