DiWanna,
i have eight (8) sets of plans for the development.
three (3) for the city's use and five (5) sets for the owner's use. (please
stamp "APPROVED FOR CONSTRUCTION" when you receive them
we need to schedule one or two meetings with you
one meeting is to finalize all of the fees associated with the development.
(short meeting, perhaps right before the pre-con)
the other is the pre-construction meeting.
please let us know when you and the appropriate staff are ready. if it is
convenient, i can bring the plans to the pre-con meeting. if you need them
before then, please let me know.
