Micha,
This is a reminder to what we previously discussed:
The utility plan needs to include the 2-way clean-out for the sewer
line at the property line. You may send over that page (full-sized) so
that we can exchange it in the plan sheet sets. (Make sure we have
enough modified sheets for all the sets we have in the office)
Also, 1) since there will be a lapse in time before construction is
expected, we can not allow a preconstruction meeting. 2) You can pay
fees now or later. But remember, a preconstruction meeting will not be
scheduled until fees are paid.
3) Send me the modified sheet showing the 2-way clean-out.
From there I should be able to approve the plans.

DiWanna,
thank you for getting back to me today. as you requested, here is a
list of
statements and questions we have for the development.
1. We would like for the City to approve the (8) eight sets of plans
which
were submitted last Thursday September 25, 2008.
a. if approval requires that the City fees are paid at this time, we
will do
it.
b. if approval requires that we have a preconstruction meeting at this
time,
we will do it.
2. In light of recent economic uncertainty, Heritage Development would
like
to postpone the construction of Bellacere Addition until the
residential
housing market begins to lookup.
Having stated that, we would prefer to have a preconstruction meeting
and
pay the required fees just prior to the ACTUAL TIME of construction. We
do
not know if that will be 6 months, 1 year or longer.
3. We would appreciate knowing of any concerns that the City may have
regarding the plat that may arise from this postponement.
Please know that we do not want the City to stop the approval process.
Please let us know what the next step is if we want to pick up our
copies of
the approved plans and ifyou will be filing (storing) the City's (3)
three
copies.
