with the consultant selection process for the demign of a 91 ~ ROFC
~tering station to be located at the Elm Fork Water TreatMnt ~lant.
This ~tering station is to deliver water to a we=or main that is to be
designed and constructed by I~ing, Coppall and L~isville. In addition, it
was understood by DWU ~hat capacities would be exchanged between parties so
that Coppall and L~isville would receive all o~ their demand from the
existing Airport Maih and Irvin~ was to receive 91 MGD through the new min,
and that the only remining point to resolve was the operation and
mintenande o~ the pipeline. At this time, it is perceived by D~ that total
agreeant for this project by all proposed pa~iee is sobhat undecided.

If Coppall and L~isville desire additiona~ demand from the E~m Fork Water
Treat~nt Plant, a request for design ~nd construction of an additional water
men and metering stations will be needed right away.
Any mdditionaZ delays vill make it very difficult, if not ~ossible, to ~et
the requested dates for the delivery of water.
