in your office is fine as long as their location is documented in the
project correspondence.
i do not know a time frame for the development construction, i think we will
know a WHOLE lot more one week from todayN! ! ! ! !
tom Whatley has not totally put this on the back burner, that is to say, if
the right builder comes along and wants to build all 4 homes, then the
construction can begin, it's all just a matter of economics for Tom.

safest place for those plansN? Do you have a place that is 100% safe to
where, in six (6) months, a year, etc, we can go to the city and say, we
would like to pay our fees and schedule a preconstruction meeting, please
let us have our plansN?

should we expect a letter from your office that states the plans are
approved, however you must pay x dollars in fees and schedule a
preconstruction meeting to proceedN? or do we just waitN?
i just want to ensure that the plans do not get lost and they are approved
as submitted. If the only way to do that is to have Tom pick up all eight
sets, then that's what we'll do.
we do understand that:
1, the Plat is recorded
2, the fees must be paid in order to schedule a preconstruction meeting
