Diwana,
Attached is the plan profile sheet for Denton Tap Road at Highland Dr. we
talked about on the phone this morning.
The property line is 11.5' off the west curb and both signal poles are 10'
off the same curb - 36"diameter foundations so we're within the
right-of-way.
However, we'd like to locate these poles so they don't have to be relocated
when the developer builds his driveway at the signal if at all possible.
1) Can you tell us if you will require a SB right-turn lane on Denton Tap?
There is obviously an electrical easement for the overhead power line at
this location and the existing fence is approximately 25' back of curb
So, if you plan to install aright-turn lane and the easement agreement is
worded so we can locate the signal pole in the easement, I think we can
shift pole T-1 on the plans so we don't have to come back and move it once
the property develops. I'm hoping you can locate this agreement since the
property on the west side of the intersection is in Coppell.
2) Also, can you tell us the width and radius requirement for this future
drive?
If I knowyour radius requirement, I can assume the radiuswill tie to the
inlet on the SW corner when the property develops and shift pole T-4
slightly to the south if needed.
Also, if Coppell will not require a SB right-turn lane, we can use the
driveway width and radius information to make sure pole T-1 gets located
out of the future drive.
Thanks,
