Alen,
I haven't heard from the contractor regarding the sidewalk outside the property lines, regarding the estimate situation. I believe
Fred is the manager. He is supposed to give mean updated estimate to let me know if the estimate will be lowered to $3000.
If you could give them a heads up or e-mail me the number to reach them, that would be greatly appreciated.
